When your dissatisfied customer calls, let them vent their frustration. After they finished, ask what you can do to resolve this situation to their satisfaction. Be willing to compromise. Remember, you have been an unhappy buyer as well. In works the same way with E-mails. The customer has vented through their correspondence. Send them an E-mail and start showing your concern through your willingness to resolve the situation. Keep in mind that the success or failure of your home business is dependent on this circumstance.
When you analyze your communication skills, what are your strengths? Listening? Writing? Speaking? At the other end of the spectrum, what are your weaknesses? Your customers are your most important asset Invest in yourself to improve all aspects of your relationship with them.

If you strive to give your clients an environment where they feel wanted and appreciated, they will come back. Not only will they return, they will bring their friends with them.
