Research indicates that when a business is profitable, loyalty increases when the company shares the success with the workers who made it possible. Consider this cycle. Your business makes a profit. You share the profit with your employees. Your employees are happy. Your workers strive to do better. Productivity increases. Profits are up. At the center of this turning wheel is your customer. They are happy with your product and service.
When you own your own business, you take on an enormous responsibility. You must strike a balance between your business and the welfare of those who surround you. Do you love what you do?
