As an entrepreneur, you will. 2) Pride is another perk that develops when you are working for yourself. You can take pride in working hard to create a business that flourishes. A business that provides for you and your family will bring you great joy. You will also be proud that you have accomplished what many others are unable to do. You can take control of your financial future with YOUR business as the foundation. 3) Flexibility is another great perk when you work for yourself. You are your own boss and that means YOU control your schedule. You work when you need to and you take time off when you want to. A successful business has plenty of employees who work hard for an employer who appreciates their effort. But being the boss gives you the opportunity to take time for your self and your family. You can leave your valued employees in charge. 4) Freedom is yet another perk to being your own boss. You will have the freedom to explore the things that you want. You will have the freedom to spend time with your family when you choose. You will have the freedom to be in control of your financial future.
